Perhaps, your community has a yard/sale or community celebration.  Recently, one such event near the Oasis office announced a community day and shared:

"if you are a business owner and would like to set up a stand, you can do so for just $10.00!!! That's just $10.00 for four hours of exposure to a lot of people!"

So setting up a table with Oasis information, brochures, even books, might be a way to simply raise awareness.

This is something each of us can do in our community.

It invites me to ask:
Who are the friends I need to tell my Oasis story to?

How can I invite one person to be a part of the ever-expanding circle of Oasis?

Some local communities around the Christmas season host a "Festival of Trees."  This is often an opportunity for local groups and organizations to donate and decorate a tree and have folks from the community walk through to view and vote on the trees.

If there is something like this in your area, it may be a fun and relatively inexpensive way for a large cross section of people to become aware of Oasis.  Sometimes they will even allow literature to be placed on tables.

It may also be a way for you to connect with other Oasis folk in your area.
